Shopify Draft Orders

The Mulberry Shopify application supports the ability to add warranty plans to products from within the Draft Order creation form within your partner dashboard.

This functionality only works on Shopify Plus storefronts.

When creating a Draft Order, you'll notice a section on the page named "Blocks"

1. Click the "+ Block" button
2. Select "Mulberry Draft" from the list
3. If you'd like this Mulberry Draft block to be present on every future Draft Order, you can click the pin icon as shown in the upper right.
4. You'll notice a new "Mulberry Product Protection" block will be added to the draft order. You will "Add X Year" buttons next to each eligible product. Clicking these will add corresponding Mulberry plans to the Draft Order.
5. Click "Save" towards the top of the screen to update the Draft Order.
6. You will need to refresh the page in order to see the Mulberry Plan reflected in the Draft Order.

Draft Orders must have first name, last name, email and address populated so as to enable the Mulberry to service the attached plans.
