Mulberry charges protection plans at a commission rate per transaction to cover all costs. The commission rate is based on the category of the product and the cost of the product. Mulberry allows merchants to configure the margin they earn on protection plan sales, this can be accessed from within the merchant dashboard. Billing and invoicing is 100% automatic and is charged on the 1st and 16th of each month to the bank account you enrolled upon signup. We make it easy for you to focus on running your business.
