Cancel a policy

Cancel shipping-insurance coverage on an order. Only a policy with a recorded shipment can be cancelled, and cancelling one that is already cancelled is a no-op.

Identify the policy with either policy_uuid or external_order_id. Supplying neither is rejected.

Policy to cancel. Supply this or external_order_id. Takes precedence if both are supplied — the two are not cross-checked.

Your order ID, if you'd rather not track the policy UUID. Supply this or policy_uuid — one of the two is required.
