Cancel a policy

Cancel shipping-insurance coverage on an order, before or after its shipment is recorded; a recorded shipment is also voided with the insurer. A policy with a claim against it cannot be cancelled, and cancelling one that is already cancelled is a no-op.

Identify the policy with either policy_uuid or external_order_id. Supplying neither is rejected.

uuid

Policy to cancel. Supply this or external_order_id. Takes precedence if both are supplied — the two are not cross-checked.

Your order ID, if you'd rather not track the policy UUID. Supply this or policy_uuid — one of the two is required.

Defaults to Order Cancelled
